As a society we provide an inclusion community which aims to represent all junior doctors working in Bunbury at any level, from medical students through to registrar. The focus of the society is the wellbeing, education and enjoyment of their lives in and out of work at Bunbury Hospital.

The six core values of WACHS (Curiosity, Compassion, Community, Equity, Integrity, Quality) are embedded in our culture and processes, which focus on growing and retaining the junior doctors in the South West.

We emphasise sustainability, advocacy, and community within the hospital and are committed to working with all hospital staff to improve and expand the experience of our doctors in training.
